Programmes and Projects: Second Finish CDM Tender

Through its current CDM/JI Pilot Programme, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) wishes to purchase Certified Emission Reductions (CER) pursuant to Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol from suitable small-scale Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects. The Ministry will also consider signing a contract for a small-scale afforestation or reforestation (hereinafter A/R) project that is expected to generate tCERs or lCERs.
