Programmes and Projects: Belgian second JI/CDM tender

As part of its national climate strategy and as a supplement to domestic measures, the Belgian State decided to purchase 12.3 million Emission Reductions by 2012, generated preferably by Joint Implementation (JI) and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project activities. This is done through several calls for projects (JI/CDM Tenders) and through investing in Carbon Funds.
