Palm Oil Company (POC) #3 is a crude palm oil (CPO) mill with a 45 ton-fresh fruit bunch (FFB) feed capacity. At present, approximately 480 m³/day of wastewater effluent from the Palm Oil Company (POC) #3 crude palm oil factory are treated by open ponds system which generates methane (CH4) gas to the atmosphere under anaerobic conditions.
